First delivery is free within Singapore
• Second or subsequent delivery due to wrong
address, a surcharge of S$12.00 will be imposed
for each additional trip. Do provide us the recipient’s
telephone number to ensure that someone is at
home to receive the flowers or gift.
• Our operation hours:
Monday-Friday : 9.00 am - 6.00
pm
Saturday : 9.00 am - 1.00 pm
Sunday-public holidays : Closed
( delivery can be arranged )
• Orders received before noon can be delivered
within the same day.
• For overseas flower deliveries, orders
must reach us 2 days in advance to prepare all
necessary transmissions.
• For Sunday & public holiday delivery,
additional S$12.00 will be charged.
• DELIVERY SERVICE NOT AVAILABLE TO:

Delivery
to Sentosa Island, additional S$20.00 will be

Cancellation
of orders
•
Cancellation of orders must be made 24 hours in
advance before delivery date.
• A 50% charge will be applied for same
day cancellation.
• Non-delivery due to incorrect details
will be treated as order withheld and no refund
will be made, but will keep you informed and make
other necessary arrangements.
Substitution
•
The company reserves the rights to make appropriate
substitutions whilst maintaining the value of
your order.
• It is our desire to do our best to fulfil
your order as featured on the net.
• Certain coloured materials, baskets or
vases may at times be replaced with up to date
new stocks.
• Prices are subject to changes on festive
seasons such as Christmas,Valentine’s Day,Chinese
New Year.
Change of Particulars
• Any change
of particular (e.g.Receiver’s address,messages,etc)
must be make within a day before delivery.
Exchange - Refunds
• All our
goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
Essential
Information
• Please
be informed that all complaints must be made within
24 hours since the time of delivery for full replacement
or refund of the purchase price of the order.
This is if the product or service is found to
be defective in terms of workmanship or quality.
